We act as manager of the Luxembourg branch of foreign companies. We sit on the board of directors of client companies and conduct board meetings in Luxembourg. We are also able to prepare the minutes of (regular) board meetings, in liaison with other advisors.

Company secretarial and day to day administration

We attend to company secretarial matters in line with the division of tasks agreed with the client’s legal advisors. We assume responsibility for day-to-day administration and bank matters.

Accounting and reporting

We prepare day-to-day accounting, periodic financial reporting in accordance with the requirements (monthly / quarterly) of the client. If necessary, we prepare the financial reporting on the basis of IFRS or US GAAP for group consolidation purposes and connect to the client’s reporting systems via VPN or other means. We also facilitate the preparation of budget and forecasting exercises and prepare year end statutory financial statements.

Upon request we can provide dedicated offices, fully furnished and equipped.
